To provide participants with the skills and knowledge to be competent in operating a Slewing Mobile Crane (over 100 tonnes) in accordance with all relevant legislative requirements .
On successful completion participants then undertake the SafeWork Assessment required to receive High Risk work Licence
Slewing mobile crane means a mobile crane incorporating a boom or jib that can be slewed, but does not include:
-a front-end loader or
-a backhoe or
-an excavator or
-other earth moving equipment, when configured for crane operation.

Qualification
You will be issued with a Statement of Attainment TLILIC0015 Licence to operate a Slewing Mobile Crane (over 100 tonnes) by Workplace Industry Training (RTO 40965) .
This certificate is nationally recognised.

Prerequisites for this Course
- 100 points of identification (EOI Information Sheet)
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English*
- Complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills assessment*
- Must have a USI or obtain a USI prior to course, or, WIT can apply on the Learner's request
