Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane (up to 60 tonnes)

To provide participants with the skills and knowledge to be competent in operating a Slewing Mobile Crane (up to 60 tonnes) in accordance with all relevant legislative requirements.
On successful completion participants then undertake the SafeWork Assessment required to receive High Risk work Licencee.
Participants must hold a current HRWL to perform Dogging.
Slewing mobile crane means a mobile crane incorporating a boom or jib that can be slewed, but does not include:
- a front-end loader or
- a backhoe or
- an excavator or
- other earth moving equipment, when configured for crane operation.

Qualification
You will be issued with a Statement of Attainment TLILIC0013 Licence to operate a Slewing Crane (up to 60 tonnes) by Workplace Industry Training (RTO 40965) .
This certificate is nationally recognised.

Prerequisites for this Course
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English*
- Complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills assessment*
- Must have a USI or obtain a USI prior to course, or, WIT can apply on the Learner's request
